Our Mission: To provide the highest level of legal and consulting advice, services and products focusing on the private practice of medicine and dentistry.   Our focus is the valuation of medical and dental practices, and the structuring and drafting of appropriate legal documents, for our private practice clients, together with advice regarding compliance with all federal and state health care laws. It is the mission of The Health Care Group, Inc. (HCG) and its affiliates Health Care Consulting, Inc. (HCC), and Health Care Law Associates, P.C. (HCLA) to provide these services in a timely, professional fashion, and at a reasonable cost.
